About the job
We are looking for a Video Producer / Director to join our team and oversee the narrative interpretation of a script to be shown in our final production. Video Producer / Director responsibilities include researching, writing, and editing scripts, directing shoots, and overseeing final video production. Ultimately, you will work with everyone to ensure the video matches your creative vision.

Responsibilities
Attend shooting sessions
Brainstorm scripts and video ideas
Interpret scripts and understand the story and narrative style
Identify set locations for different scenes in the video
Adhere to a production schedule to ensure the video is completed on time
Coordinate with a videographer, editors, graphic designers and other scriptwriters to ensure a consistent creative execution

Requirements
Proven work experience as a Video Producer / Director or similar role
Experience directing short video, industry knowledge, and technical expertise
Creative mindset
Confidence and motivational skill
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal communication
Relevant training and/or certifications as a Video Producer / Director
