ExecuJet Middle East is currently seeking a Head of Hospitality to fill a vacancy within our Fixed Based Operation (FBO). Responsible for the guest experience through our two Dubai Facilities.
Overall responsibility for the guest experience through ExecuJets two Dubai facilities.
Lead the development of a new service design concept centered around delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Develop and implement a process driven customer experience program for all roles within the front of house team.
Plan, coordinate, control resourcing model to always ensure a consistently high level of service delivery.
Responsible for managing F&B budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and stock is accounted for.
Interview, select and train new members of the front of house team.
Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, ensuring that customer retention KPIs are met.
Develop and implement an engaging child activity and gift program for guests travelling with children.
Inspire and motivate and mentor front of house team to deliver a highly personalized service.
Ensure that front of house staff follow correct procedures and that ExecuJet grooming standards are followed across the department.
Compile and maintain guest profiles ensuring that all staff actively gather information on client preferences that can be used to personalize services.
Personally coordinate and facilitate all high profile VVIP / Head of State visits.
Drive a culture of innovation and excellence.
Be willing to travel overseas for client visits.
5+ years in Management role in luxury hospitality sector.
F&B, Front of House, Rooms and/or Guest Relations experience essential.
Experience in hotel setup / launch.
Track record of developing staff training programs as well as conducting training.
Resilient and ambitious with excellent leadership skills.
Experience in dealing with VIP guests/passengers.
Must hold UAE Driving license.
Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional Languages Advantageous (Arabic, Russian or French).
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
Able to demonstrate your ability & experience in providing high quality service
Strong people management experience
