Manage the end-to-end performance of the mall based marketplace business across all key inputs from product selection, pricing, experience, product fulfilment and platform marketing.
Identify opportunities to accelerate growth for the mall based marketplace.
Create plans to achieve targets and manage e-commerce team.
Continuously audit the customer and seller experience and implement scalable changes and new solutions. S
The Successful Applicant

Must have start-up marketplace ecommerce experience
Proven track record of managing direct team
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering.
