You Will
In your role, you will be expected to understand business challenges and build data products/statistical modelling solutions to tackle them. You will have a critical role working with our stakeholders to make recommendations to the business.
Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for digital across the Middle East
Author overall digital strategy for LOréal Professional Products Division, taking into account our full brand proposition, group digital guidelines and best practice; including but not limited to CRM, social media & content and brilliant basics (search, display, video and retargeting)
Ensure excellence in execution of digital brilliant basics across SEM, Display, Video, Retargeting, social and SEO strategy
From the data, draw strategic insights that inform digital strategy, measure digital activity performance and ROI, and course correct the plan where necessary
Coach and develop a high performing team
Manage processes to ensure that the team is as effective as possible to meet business goals
Support the team to ensure that they can communicate effectively throughout the organisation both locally and at Group level
Work closely with Group/Zone Digital to influence global decisions to Middle East favour
Leadership of digital media planning, evaluation and auditing & social and content strategy and planning
Key manager of the media agency, authoring overall annual digital media strategy to reach key audience through variety of digital media channels.
Overall control of the digital media plan ensuring that key booking dates are met, supporting the brand/eCom teams to deliver campaigns on time and driving full value out of our media.
Setting KPIs for media and social agency that ensures they are continually driven to achieve and exceed these targets while maintaining ROI and management of the media agency to produce meaningful post campaign analysis.
Build effective working relationships with stakeholders in Group/Zone to ensure alignment on plans.
Monitor future digital trends and relevance to the Middle East market goals. In particular, stay abreast of innovation in the digital spaces that have business relevance to PPD and suggest experimentation where significant potential for incremental profit may exist
Provide strategic insights that inform digital strategy, measure digital activity performance and ROI, and course correct the plan where necessary
Oversee data segmentation strategy that drives retention, advocacy and cross-sell.
Assist the team in improving consumer data, targeting, ROI, optimisation and measurement.
Update Line Manager and Group with relevant digital reporting and analysis to inform forward strategy monthly
You Have
Bachelor or above degree in Marketing or Business
Demonstrated ability to define Digital strategies, including how they relate to the achievement of business goals, and to lead implementation projects across complex organisations
Understanding of technical concepts and interest in future digital trends and how they translate into meaningful commercial opportunities
Ability to influence at all levels
Ability to plan and deliver strategic initiatives
Excellent leadership skills demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a high performing team of digital professionals
Capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently and to build collaborative working relationships with senior members of the business
Agility, adaptability and strong problem-solving skills
Development of strategies and campaigns across ; Social Media, Programmatic Display, PPC, Video, Retargeting, Google Shopping, SEO, CRM, Digital Analytics, CMS/Web, mobile and e-Commerce
Proven experience in delivering impactful digital marketing campaigns
Strong knowledge of Performance Media
Experience in Beauty, FMCG or technology based industries is highly advantageous
