Gym Front Desk / Receptionist

Location: Near JVC, Dubai

Shifts: Rotational

• Opening Shift: 5:00 AM 2:00 PM
• Closing Shift: 1:30 PM 10:30 PM

Preference will be given to candidates who live nearby and/or have a valid UAE drivers license and personal transport (important for 5:00 AM shifts).

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in customer service or front desk role (fitness/hospitality preferred).
• Clear communication skills in English.Presentable and professional demeanor.
• Basic knowledge or interest in the fitness industry.
• Familiarity with CRM or gym software is an advantage.
• Must be open to both early morning and late evening shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist all visitors and members professionally.
• Handle inquiries, service requests, and customer concerns with a solution-oriented approach.
• Manage check-ins, bookings, and CRM data entries.
• Support trainers and management with daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area.
• Provide accurate information about services, classes, and membership packages.
• Assist in product sales and payment handling.
