Group Planning Manager Full Time

Black & Grey HR is currently hiring for a reputable contracting company in the UAE. We are seeking a highly experienced Group Planning Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and actively participating in advanced and complex planning activities.

Responsibilities
Prepare all necessary documents for tender submissions, including program of works, manpower forecast, cash flow forecast, and progress S-curves, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Provide assistance in post-tender clarifications and presentations.
Support project mobilization and initialization by ensuring projects have well-structured baseline programs and adherence to recommended practices.
Ensure timely preparation of planning deliverables for tender submissions.
Participate in technical meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients and consultants, addressing planning and program-related discussions.
Identify and address support needs within projects.
Forecast planner requirements and recruit planners with specific skill sets based on project needs. Manage planner allocations.
Review tender documents for project scope, milestones, and planning clauses. Coordinate with the Tender and Technical teams for execution strategy and manpower estimates.
Prepare and review key management reports in a timely manner.
Implement systems and methodologies to reduce costs and maintain operational excellence.
Drive process improvement and effectively manage management systems.
Lead and manage the team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Requirements
Masters / Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. Specialization / certificates is considered a plus.
Minimum of 15 years of comprehensive experience in the construction field, with at least 10 years of planning experience in a reputable contracting company, managing large-scale projects in a corporate environment.
Relevant managerial-level exposure within a corporate environment.
