About The Role
Our Treasury team sits at the very core of Revolut. People in the Treasury team are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives ?? They help to set up payment and financial risk management infrastructure.They advise on optimisation of returns from liquidity and capital deployed. Treasury works across functions, products, and regions to centrally manage liquidity, market, wholesale credit and capital adequacy risks of the Revolut Group ??
Were looking for a Group Head of Liquidity to take over the responsibility for initiating, developing and delivering policies, strategies and plans across our Group function This role is to cover while out current Group Head of of Liquidity is on Maternity Leave. You will get a lot of exposure to senior group stakeholders with support from our Group Head of Financial Resource Management (Treasury) which will be a great introductory to the business before taking on our largest (£5 bill balance sheet, likely to double in a year) and most complex entity

What Youll Be Doing
Supporting the Treasurer in developing, building and maintaining a best-in-class liquidity and funding management framework, in charge of setting the liquidity premium used in transfer pricing to manager and optimise liquidity and funding
Working closely with our product owners and risk teams to deliver the Groups ILAAP, containing analysis on liquidity behavioural life and prepayment, and other liquidity regulation requirements, such as contingency funding plan and liquidity management actions in the resolution and recovery plans
Leading in the implementation of the appropriate liquidity management tools, for the data capture, control, measurement, reporting and forecasting of liquidity and funding
Reviewing the Groups risk appetite for liquidity and funding exposures, and maintaining up to date the Groups liquidity and funding policies
Leading in the development and diversification of funding programmes across the Group, covering both secured and unsecured funding
Keeping abreast of emerging trends in financial markets which will affect the Group’s funding strategy and assisting in the design of the liquidity investment portfolio
What You’ll Need
Strong problem solving skills, ability to break down complex issues into their component parts, identifying the root cause, proposing solutions and gathering support
Ability to work in a high-pressured environment, deliver practical solutions, influence stakeholders and deal with ad-hoc requirements from start to delivery
Ability to assess, interpret regulatory policy, and communicate impacts to their businesses, senior management and committees
Proven leadership in all areas of liquidity and funding management at a senior level, covering ILAAP, LCR and NSFR
Professional experience in a top tier financial institution or FinTech firm (preferably within a Treasury, Finance or Risk function)
