About the job

This is a group of beautiful 4 star properties, apartments and restaurants within the Middle East that are looking for a Generalist HR professional to head up the groups people function. While it is a standalone position at corporate office there is HR support at each property.

The role reports to CEO

Requirements

You should currently be working in a Cluster HR role with exposure to a full generalist remit of Talent Management Development and acquisition, Employee Wellbeing/ Relations & Reward, Policy and Strategy.

You must be an excellent communicator and be able to challenge GMs to follow the correct policy and procedure when required, therefore strong influencing skills are essential.

You will be the type of leader who can see the bigger picture and how HR/ People can influence the business to achieve success through people.

Employee satisfaction, guest satisfaction and profitability will be your KPIs

In this role you will be a ‘tomorrow’ leader embracing social media and constantly looking at new horizons to encounter and streamline processes.

Ideally an AGILE leader who can see the need for Servant Leadership and how this can grow people and business.

Driven, analytical, influential, collaborative and organised.
