You will be working as Graduate Trainee, will be the part of Process Automation Business Area for Marine & Ports division based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role you will need to be enthusiastic and solution oriented individual to work for Marine & Ports customer base in ME

Your responsibilities
Customer relations management, business network establishment, understanding of sales and operations of ABB Marine services
Learning of sales process and tendering process and hands own experience in preparing and follow up a few commercial offers to customers together with the technical support team
Execution of projects/deliveries in coordination with operations, hands on experience in forecasting, supplier evaluation, quality and continuous improvement and operational KPIs
Bring forward new business opportunities based on customer needs
Review market standards and expectations
Customer mapping, SFDC – maintain and enter leads in database and NPS – customer relations management tool
Map competitor’s activities and offerings
Your background
Bachelor’s degree – Electrical Engineering degree (graduate fresher)
Technical competence to understand customer needs
Good time management, structured and organized, motivated and energetic
Positive attitude, flexibility to adapt and accept new challenges, listening skill and solution oriented
Fluency in English language is mandatory
