Job Description

In support of the UAE’s Emiratisation efforts, AECOM is pleased to provide the opportunity for fresh UAE National graduates to join the graduate program in the position of Stakeholder Specialist. We encourage creativity, support flexibility, value diversity and embrace the new and the ground-breaking. You’ll be exposed to more technical excellence and disciplines than anywhere else, working with visionary clients, partners, colleagues and mentors. We will provide you with support, training and direction to ensure you have a positive placement with us and return to university feeling inspired!

As part of the graduate program and training you will:

Liaison between Design team and Authority personnel
Follow-up and establish relationships within the Authorities to support receiving feedback, comments and approval within acceptable time periods
Develop an understanding of authority requirements to help understand update to requirements or constraints and ensure these are communicated to the design team ahead of submissions

Qualifications
In line with the UAE’s Emiratisation efforts, this position is only open to UAE Nationals
Must have graduated in 2021 or graduating no later than Sept 2022
Successful applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.4 or 2:1 (or equivalent) and above
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
Excellent organization and verbal communication skills are essential
Software experience in industry standard software relevent to role is preferred
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail, must be able to demonstrate accurate report writing
