This role is responsible to provide routine oversight of GEHCs key strategic HR Operations Supplier. This role will manage negotiations with dedicated providers in accordance with GEHC guidelines and policies. The role will focus on achieving the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction. Has knowledge of best practices and is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate the market. Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Provide daily oversight of key strategic HR operations Supplier, including designing and monitoring KPIs, understanding and approving change orders and ensuring supplier meets contractual requirements
Provide global support for solutions in areas where vendor support is not provided
Manage inventory of vendors (criticality/risk, contract expiration, contract renewals)
Provide standard terms and conditions for contracts
Document best practices and minimum standards for managing vendors (Routines, incident management, etc.)
Oversee process for measuring 3rd party risk (information security, business continuity, compliance)
Create standard risk assessment and classification to drive management requirements
Facilitate required routines with 3rd parties and service delivery teams to oversee performance, respond to issues and drive increased business value

Inventory – Identify and maintain accurate inventory of managed vendors with risk level (H, M, L), contract expiration
Performance Management and risk monitoring- Ensure quality execution of program requirements in accordance with GE HealthCare policies. Create and publish monthly scorecard that measures vendor performance and monitors key risks. Scorecard should capture key service level agreements
Information security management – For vendors that have access to confidential information, partner with information security partners to execute required assessments
Vendor routines- Hold reoccurring vendor routine (frequency based on risk assessment). Performance, vendor risks, issues, and information security
Issues Management – Determine path of escalation to senior management for issues. Document vendor issues (description, issue remediation plan, and evidence for closing)
Termination – Capture justification for exiting relationship (ie breach, performance, convenience. Determine timeline for destruction of data (record retention laws). Obtain confirmation of data destruction. Revoke access from GE HealthCare facilities and/or systems. Formally notify Vendor of termination (in accordance with contractual terms)
Qualifications/Requirements
Knowledge is comparable to a Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant work experience). All candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR Operations/Lifecycle or related work experience
This role requires advanced experience in the Sourcing & Supplier Management

Proficient in the use of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
