Deluxe Holiday Homes is seeking a talented General Accountant to join our Accounting department. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Job Responsibilities
Record end to end financial transactions and complete the posting process’
Managing petty cash, record all receipts and replenish cash as needed;
Check and verify source documents such as invoices, receipts, computer printouts;
Reconciliation of bank and all the ledger of all Trial balance;
Record all Incomes/Expenses related to the Company and reconcile the balance;
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable;
Track and maintain inventory records;
Issue invoices, receipts for month end closing;
Conduct Any Other/Additional Task(s) assigned by the Management during your work;
Preparing and coordinating with external auditors for documents verification and preparation of schedule;
Record daily, weekly, monthly, and annual financial transactions for compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and as required by FTA and the Company;
Generate output VAT reports monthly basis for VAT filing.
Maintain fixed asset sheet, in-house inventory spread sheet, transportation tracking spread sheet and other spread sheets as required to keep track of companys finances;
Assisting in payroll;
Proper filing/e-filing of departmental documentation for easy access;
Coordinate with the team, keep the Accounting software up-to-date.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required;
Minimum 3 years work experience as an accountant (UAE);
Minimum 2 years of experience as General Accountant;
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures;
Proficiency in MS Excel;
Strong Experience in UAE VAT compliance requirements, VAT registration & VAT filing;
Ability to handle multiple companies’ end to end tax filing and reports;
Good oral and written communication skills in English language.
Knowledge in the new Corporate tax Law in UAE is a plus;
Quickbooks Online experience is a plus;
