Adheres to Legal Requirements concerning fire safety, bomb threats, and health and safety protocols.
Attends all Necessary Training sessions as scheduled, actively participating in the FIVE Journey of continuous Learning and Development.
Always Maintains Next-Level Cleanliness and Organisation in all work areas, ensuring a lavish environment.
Demonstrates a Comprehensive Understanding of Dubais national history, notable attractions, and shopping areas.
Upholds Professional Confidentiality, safeguarding FIVE’s reputation and never disclosing any confidential information.
Resolves Guest Complaints promptly and with a ‘FIVE-Styled Approach, ensuring relevant resolutions or escalating them to the appropriate managerial level if necessary.
Efficiently and accurately checks in and registers Guests according to Established Policies and Procedures.
Copies and files Guests passports upon arrival in Compliance with Legal Regulations.
Stays informed about current hotel occupancy rates, average room rates, and performance against budget targets.
Familiarises oneself with the Concierge Desk, Business Centre, Guest Relations, and Loyalty Club policies and procedures to provide support when required.
Embraces a Sales-Oriented Mindset by anticipating Guest needs and offering suitable room options.
Complies with all relevant national and company Legal Requirements and Procedures.
Immediately files correspondence, forms, and related items to maintain an organised and exquisite workspace.
Maintains Effective Communication and records previous and upcoming shifts in the Front Office Logbook to ensure a smooth transition.
Actively Contributes to increasing hotel revenue by engaging in upselling techniques, accommodating walk-in Guests, and promoting additional services to enhance FIVE’s Award-Winning Success.
Adheres to the Hotels Credit Policy and ensures its enforcement.
Updates OPERA System promptly with any changes or updates to capture the lastest guest information as required.
Coordinates with the Reservations Team to ensure that Front Office is fully informed about arrivals for the day, facilitating a seamless Guest Experience.
Executes all tasks on the Daily Check List diligently and efficiently.
Executes any additional tasks assigned by the Front Office Supervisor, Duty Manager, or Front Office Manager, embracing the ‘Vibe at FIVE’ and delivering Boundary-Breaking service.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience of 1-2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment is plus.
Computer literacy, with a mastery of Word, Excel, and Outlook, while possessing an exceptional knowledge of Hotel PMS, specifically Opera.
An elevated and energetic Conversationalist, engaging Guests with lively discussions.
A welcoming and enthusiastic nature to elevate the ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
Exceptional organisational skills, and a passion for delivering ‘FIVE-Star’ Guest Experiences.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to drive revenue and manage costs effectively.
A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensuring every aspect of the Operation is curated to perfection.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, leveraging strong verbal and written skills to engage effectively with guests, FIVE Tribe Members, and stakeholders.
Next-Level Organisational and Supervisory skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
