Deluxe Holiday Homes is looking for a Fleet Admin with minimum 2-years of experience in the same field / expertise.
Keeping track of ALL vehicle-related information (registration, insurance, parking, repairs, advertisement, etc.) including renewing the same if required
Traffic fine recording, tracking and payments
If required, coordinating with Operations Coordinator for next day Operations’ Vehicle Allocation
Coordinating with the garage for any vehicle repair and sending the quotation for the same for approval
Vehicle service scheduling (as according to service contracts)
In any case of Vehicle Accident, responsible for getting Insurance Claim and Vehicle Repair
Monthly VIP and Salik Report
Monthly usage reports / standard service report
REQUIRED SKILLS
Minimum of 2 years experience in fleet management.
Flee inventory experience in hospitality industry is preferable.
Basic knowledge in accounting is a plus.
Strong technical skills: Excel or Google Sheets, Inventory Systems; Document filing, calendar management, etc.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Collaborative team player.
