Job Description

AESG is seeking a Fire and Life Safety Designer with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in fire life safety design, reviews, and inspection preferably in the engineering / architecture consultancy sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a dynamic role within a growing and ambitious company with a unique service offering.

This fast-paced role offers an excellent opportunity to work on document control for high-profile multidisciplinary projects across the Middle East whilst ensuring an exemplary level of quality, organisation, coordination, and communication skills are maintained throughout.

Key Accountabilities and Activities:

Lead tasks on projects and shall report to seniors and associates
Successful delivery of projects to a high standard
Maintain high quality of all deliverables with efficient time delivery
Act as main point of contact for efficient project delivery
FLS Design, Drawing review, inspection, and preparation of drawing and reviews for authority submission and approval
FLS reports writing
Produce accurate and timely submittals to agreed deadlines
Prepare and issuance of final FLS Strategy reports and studies when assigned by seniors and associates
Lead the continued development of FLS design deliverables
Act as PM for FLS and multidisciplinary projects as per AESG project management standards
Meet the timeline set for the generation of all designs, reports and related submission tasks such as client meetings and workshops
Keep traceability and version control for all generated design and technical submittal
Contribute to the successful delivery of projects
Actively pursue continued professional development through the completion of training modules
Engaging in the implementation and maintenance of the IMS and its processes and in achieving expected outputs
Conducting all FLS activities in a quality, healthy and safe manner and reporting any observed problems/risks to the concerned head or personnel
