Financial Controller Full Time

Position- Head Finance & Accounts, UAE

Job Location- Dubai, UAE

Requirement

Chartered Accountant with at least 5-7 yrs. of post-qualification working experience in UAE (onsite).

Technical skills:

1. Responsible for handling entire Finance & Accounts operations of UAE entities

2. Well-versed with statutory & tax compliances in UAE.

3. Coordination & liaisoning with various regulatory authorities in UAE in relation to accounting, taxation & licensing compliances

4. Setting up systems & processes, internal controls for foreign operations.

5. Managing day-to-day accounting & fund management, raising limits from banks.

6. Setting up MIS reporting system for foreign operations & regular reporting to all stake owners in UAE & HO in India.

7. Responsible for Audit of UAE entities

8. Filing of tax returns & VAT refunds

9. Participation in consolidation of Foreign subsidiaries

10.Preparation of Biz plans and Budgets for foreign entities

11.Presenting the financial performance against the budget to the management
