??BOOK PUBLISHING with more than 100 books and millions of monthly page read.

The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Collect invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
Prepare bank payment & keep track of card payment expenses
Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry
Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation
Understand expense accounts and cost centers
Any other duties as required by the manager from time to time

Ideal Profile

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience (2 years) in finance, accounting, or a similar role.
Experience with Xero Software and Bank Platforms: Bank Platform: Wise, Payoneer, Paypal
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and financial databases.
Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
