With a proven track record of over 5 years in the financial sector, you will be pivotal in upholding accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and contributing significantly to our organization’s overall financial well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting: Prepare meticulously accurate and timely financial statements, encompassing income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, all while steadfastly adhering to applicable accounting standards.
General Ledger Management: Exhibit adeptness in maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, ensuring meticulous precision and coherence in every financial transaction.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Take the helm of accounts payable and receivable functions, overseeing vendor relationships, orchestrating invoice processing, and astutely monitoring cash flow.
Month-end and Year-end Closures: Assume an instrumental role in month-end and year-end closure procedures, executing account reconciliations and providing invaluable assistance during financial audits.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Forge a collaborative alliance with the finance team to contribute to budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
Tax Compliance: Exhibit punctuality and precision in tax filing, ensuring scrupulous compliance with local tax regulations.
Financial Analysis: Apply your seasoned acumen to dissect financial data, identify discernible trends, and generate insights that will serve as pillars for strategic decision-making.
Process Enhancement: Champion a perpetual quest for avenues to augment accounting processes, systems, and procedures, all to optimize efficiency and precision.
Communication: As needed, act as a conduit of seamless communication between internal stakeholders, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Required Skillsets:
Advanced Accounting: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in accounting roles, showcasing an unwavering grasp of financial principles and practices.
Software Expertise: Knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel for in-depth data analysis and nuanced financial reporting.
Keen Eye for Detail: Employ meticulousness in managing financial records and reconciliations and ensure unassailable accuracy in every facet of reporting.
