Finance Manager Full Time

Our client, an Investment Management company, is looking for a Finance Manager to join their Dubai team.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overview of Company Financial Accounts and leading the team members.
Manage Accounts, finance, and treasury and related functions relating to entities under the FM.
Maintenance of financial accounts and operating procedures.
Analysis and interpretation of accounting records for use by management
Prepare business plans, Project feasibility studies, forecasts, budgets, and financial analyses.
Preparation of Financial Performance and Variance Analysis Reports.
Monitoring financial performance against budget, analyzing and providing commentary on any variances for property development accounts
Conducting, reviewing, evaluating, and implementing corporate proposals, corporate finance initiatives, and capital raising exercises
Responsible for the planning and coordination of due diligence, valuation exercises, and feasibility studies.
Prepare the financial modeling for financing and corporate activities to assess financial risks and returns.
Experienced in managing the banking relationship and assist in monitoring and managing banks covenant compliance checklists and annual credit reviews by lenders.
Experienced in project financing and working capital financing.
Developing and managing project, entity, or group cashflows
Liaise with tax agents, the company secretary, bankers, and external auditors of the company.
Responsible for various compliances and handling VAT and Corporate TAX matters.
Liaise with and communicate with all parties involved in projects, property sales, and leasing.
Responsible for managing Trust account system-related transactions relating to the projects.
Ensure all corporate-related and financing matters are well documented and reported in accordance with statutory requirements, Limits of authority, and Standard Operation Procedures.
Assist in coordinating meetings with shareholders, investors, financiers, legal advisors, or any other parties involved in transactions.
Ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting of the group’s results.
Ensure internal controls are in accordance with statutory and company requirements at all times.
Manage other special or ad hoc projects or duties as assigned from time to time.
Responsible for managing and accounting for and maintaining various reports relating to Investments.

Job Requirements:

Possess a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and be fully qualified with equivalent qualifications from Chartered Accounting Bodies.
More than 10 years of business finance or relevant experience in the Property Development field is a MUST.
Knowledge of Feasibility and End-financing is a MUST.
Experience in leading the finance and accounting teams.
Ability to interpret and interrelate data as well as develop good and integrated business analysis and projections to support decision-making.
Ability to communicate and deal with various parties involved in a project.
possess a high level of integrity and are meticulous with good analytical and reporting skills.
PC-literate and familiar with Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Oracle NetSuite
Enthusiastic, passionate, discipline and meticulous.
Responsible, independent, positive working attitude and able to work in team.
Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
