We’re looking for

We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller who will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including managing Tabby’s financial reporting, operations, treasury and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

You’ll be managing and leading a small but powerful finance team and will work closely with each department cross-functionally and the executive team to drive business growth

Day-to-day Responsibilities
Oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Manage the financial reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements, and compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
Coordinate and lead the annual audit process with external auditors.
Manage relationships with banking partners, including loan origination, servicing, and collections.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to the executive team to drive business growth and profitability.
Lead the development and implementation of financial systems and tools to support business growth and scalability.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and regulatory bodies

Key Requirements
Experience in the lending industry or financial services required.
Strong knowledge of IFRS and regulatory requirements for financial reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and drive results.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
