Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an F&B Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and leading a high-performing team.

• Oversee daily food and beverage operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and brand guidelines
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage inventory, cost control, and budgeting for the F&B department
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and implement new menu items and promotional offerings
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations
• Implement and maintain efficient operational procedures
• Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to improve guest experience and increase revenue

Qualifications

• College Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant leadership role
• Proven track record of team leadership and development
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Excellent guest service skills with a customer-focused mindset
• In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Multilingual skills are highly preferred, given the diverse clientele in Dubai
