We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced fast food restaurant manager to oversee the pre-opening, launch, and post-launch stages of our first flagship store in Qatar for a leading fast food chain. Fast food restaurant manager will be responsible for establishing and implementing all operational processes and ensuring a successful and seamless launch while adhering to strict brand guidelines.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Fast Food Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in the fast-food industry.
Strong knowledge of fast-food operations, including inventory management, food safety, and quality control.
Exceptional organizational and project management skills to successfully oversee pre-opening and launch activities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and lead a diverse team.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, make sound decisions, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of local regulations and guidelines related to food service operations in Qatar.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed during the pre-opening and launch phases.
