Agile Consultants is offering commission based work from home opportunity for passionate recruiters based in UAE. All tools and training required will be provided from our end.

Please note that the candidates must be currently residing in UAE and the selection process will depend on their performance during face-to-face interviews conducted at our office in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

– Understand job requirements, and execute appropriate recruitment strategies including sourcing & screening, referrals, headhunting, engaging with candidates, interviewing, and profiling.

– Executive level headhunting.

– Identifying recruitment sources, networking leads, social media opportunities, job fairs, advertising resources, and other tools to attract candidates.

– Achieving revenue targets and meeting individual and team KPIs in a fast-moving and competitive recruitment environment.

Job Requirements:

– Minimum 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience within the staffing & recruitment industry – agencies/consultancies / executive search firms. Minimum 1 year of which must be in the UAE/GCC recruitment market.

– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

– Must possess UAE residence visa – parent/spouse sponsorship.

– Strong understanding of the local GCC recruitment market.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills.

– Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.

– Exceptional time management and organizational skills.

– Target-oriented smart individuals.

– Ability to work remotely and accomplish the tasks assigned for the day.
