Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Manage all operational procedures to enhance service and quality.
Active implementation of departmental strategies and action plans.
Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding departmental goals to produce desired results.
Coordinate with the heads of departments to implement departmental strategies and action plans which are in alignment with the wider organizational strategy
Control payroll and operating expenses in coordination with the Hotel Manager.
Stay as a visible interface with the guests to obtain feedback on service levels and overall satisfaction.
Works to continually improve guest experience by integrating obtained feedback into action plans.
Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement.
Sets goals and expectations for direct reports using the performance review process and holds them accountable for successful execution.
To ensure regular progress update & reviews are conducted for all department heads
To regularly update the Hotel Manager on all operations achievements and key issues
What We’re Looking For
Current experience as an Executive Assistant with a luxury hospitality brand, in a high volume environment
Ability to organize multiple projects, manage and priorities multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong communication and listening skills
A Hands-on approach with a ‘can-do!’ work attitude; with a fun-to-work-with energy at all times!
A commitment to delivering exceptional guest services with a passion
An ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
Strong working knowledge of industry regulations is beneficial
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is necessary.
Proficiency in multiple languages is an added bonus.
