What You’ll Achieve

• Execute Strategic Coordination: Manage complex executive calendars and priorities, ensuring optimal time allocation for high-impact business initiatives.
• Drive Executive Efficiency: Serve as the primary gateway for all CEO communications, expertly filtering and prioritizing critical business matters.
• Orchestrate High-Level Meetings: Coordinate executive team sessions, board meetings, and strategic planning discussions, including comprehensive minute-taking and follow-up actions.
• Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Execute seamless office management for the CEO, handling administrative workflows and ensuring optimal operational efficiency.
• Handle Confidential Projects: Manage sensitive information, strategic projects, and personal tasks for the CEO with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
• Facilitate Data and Reporting: Collate and review data, prepare comprehensive reports and materials for executive decision-making.
• Coordinate Executive Logistics: Arrange international travel, accommodations, and meeting spaces for the CEO and executive team across multiple locations.
• Transform Administrative Excellence: Streamline executive processes through innovative organizational systems and proactive problem-solving approaches.

Ideal Profile

• 5+ years of executive support experience: Providing high-level assistance to C-suite executives in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication mastery: Proven ability to represent executive leadership professionally across all organizational levels.
• Advanced Microsoft Office or Google Workspace proficiency: Strong experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications,
• Strategic thinking capabilities: Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and proactively address challenges before they arise.
• Flexibility for UAE travel: Adaptability to support executive requirements across different locations and time zones.
• Independent execution skills: Proven track record of managing complex projects and priorities with minimal supervision.
• Confidentiality expertise: Experience handling sensitive business information and maintaining the highest standards of discretion.
