Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Partner. This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic legal environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day operations, coordinating schedules, and acting as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant, preferably within a legal or professional services firm.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office management or legal software.
• Excellent command of the English language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities with an eye for detail.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and propose solutions.
• Currently based in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting senior executives, particularly in a legal or corporate setting.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to draft and manage correspondence professionally and efficiently.
