With an impressive portfolio of celebrity clients and exclusive events, they are changing the way we experience live events and exhibitions.

We are hiring UAE experienced events project managers to join their Dubai operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of events from concept, planning, executing and managing a portfolio of live events and exhibitions, ensuring all projects are completed seamlessly on time, within budget and exceed the clients expectations.

Role Summary

Event planning and production – develop and implement concepts, project scope and plans, budgets, technical and labour schedules.
Sourcing venues, negotiating terms and setting up agreements.
Coordinate with service providers and suppliers – manage all event logistics including but not limited to food & beverage, ground transportation, media and production equipment (staging and audiovisual), entertainment, décor and registration process.
Manage onsite operations including changes to schedules, equipment or workforce.
Prepare post-event analysis and reports based on metrics to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement.
Event marketing and promotion – collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective event marketing strategies. Assist in creating email and social media campaigns and promotional materials. Monitor registration metrics to drive attendee engagement.
Ensure all projects adhere to mandatory health, safety and risk regulations.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

7 – 10 years’ as a seasoned events project manager / exhibition manager with extensive experience of managing large-scale and high profile events from start to completion in the UAE.
The inherent ability to work to deadlines and under pressure whilst adapting to clients changes.
Strong commercial and financial acumen to maximize project profitability – negotiate supplier contracts and up-sell additional services to clients.
Ability to utilize data-driven insights to optimize future events and enhance the overall event strategy.
Consultative approach with strong capabilities in account management, event planning, stakeholder management with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors and events industry suppliers.
UAE driving license is mandatory.

Candidate Profile

Currently living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able to live and work in Dubai.
Fluent in English.
Able to work weekends and evenings due to the nature of the role.
Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills – client meetings and briefings, coordination with suppliers, sponsors and event partners.
Education

Bachelor’s degree
PMP project management certification is a strong advantage
