We are now looking for a 1st Level Operations professional. This job role is responsible for monitoring, coordination, support, management, and execution of maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
What You Will Do
Working as a Team lead (onsite SPOC) for ERP and related applications.
Techno Functional Expertise with HCM (HR, Payroll, Self Service, LM, PMS),P2P( PR/PO, iProcurement, Isupplier, AP),O2C( OM, Inventory, AR, OAT)
Working knowledge on (GL, System Admin, Application Developer)
Action on issues reported by L1-L2/monitoring teams. Coordination with L3/vendor team for restoration of any faults
Coordination with IT/network teams to resolve any operational or functional issues
Trouble shoot and debug the issues related to Oracle apps DBA and guide the DBA resource for any patching (Bug fixes, CPU & Security patches).
Responding to ad hoc requests from customer and other teams
Analyze the Logs and try resolving the issues, escalate issues well in advance and suggest alternative approaches
Deploy CRs on production environments and ensure smooth system performance
Follow ITIL processes and exhibit expertise in Incident, Problem and change management
Provide an effective 360-degree feedback on the ailing elements in the current solution and co-ordinate with Design team/L3/ Vendor to fix them.
Troubles-hoot issues, including creation/follow-up of Oracle service requests (SRs) Conduct quality reviews of code developed by other development staff
To analyze and understand new and existing software components and requirements
To ensure high quality and accuracy is maintained through to software release & to review the test execution and raise defects.
Employ advanced trouble-shooting strategies; quickly determine root cause with limited support from others and provide support in troubleshooting.
Should be involve in solution discussion with Project team to ensure the technical solution are fit for purpose and as per standards.
Manage business expectations and ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure SLA compliance for application and trouble tickets
You will bring
Articulate communicator with strong analytical and interpersonal skills; known for honest work ethics and delivering projects in time without compromising on quality.
Proactive competence development of self in new solution areas & certifications
Capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment with 24×7 support and availability.
Strong Experience in Implementation, Upgrade, RICE Development, Data Conversion.
Excellent planning, organizing and good team Lead role skills.
Team management of 5+ engineers and provide them technical guidance as required.
Experience of following is required:
Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or
Minimum years of relevant experience: 12+ years ERP Oracle Apps Techno Functional Team lead experience in complex production and support environment.
Application Support of Oracle E-Business Suite R 12.2
Oracle Application Server 9i and/or 10g
Working knowledge on HCM, O2C, P2P as a Techno functional.
Apps DBA R12, exposure on handling issue and day-to-day activities.
Taleo and exposure on handling the integrations.
Cognos, Orgplus, IFRS 15 & 16.
Exposure on Fusion HCM and integrations.
Add on OAF/ADF (optional)
Leadership skills to handle the team and communicate with business users and client management.
