Key Responsibilities
Ordering and receiving supplies
Maintaining the inventory
Keeping areas organized and materials readily available.
Insuring calls for service are entered into the Hotel system and closed once the work is completed.
Summarize daily reports, pending task, and completed – report to Chief Engineer / DOE
Answering the phone and taking messages
Cleanliness of the shop area
Assisting in engineering task and engaging team requests.
Assist with work schedules and budgets.
Maintaining the engineering check book (all related reports, FLS records, CD, Contracts related, etc. DM requirements)
Inventory shop items – operational tracking sheets
Assist with project quotes and tracking work.
Be organized and detail focused.
Have computer skills with Excel, Word, Docs, Power Point, and Outlook
Communicate effectively both written and verbally.
Ability to multitask.
Shop pricing to ensure the lowest quality price – negotiating vendors cost.
Maintain good relationships with vendors, contractors, and staff.
Have a client focused attitude.
Requirements

What We’re Looking For
A trusted colleague who maintains confidentiality and upholds safety and security policies and procedures.
Unwavering commitment to enterprise goals
Active participation in the effective implementation and administration of company-wide policies, procedures, and practices
Fluency in English is essential.
Arabic, and other additional international languages, preferred.
A winning attitude and ongoing enthusiasm for all duties requested by management.
High school diploma/Well experienced in the same field – at least 3 years
Administrative assistant or similar experience – required.
Hospitality industry experience – required.
Supervisory experience
Must be comfortable working in shared space, with constant noise, distractions, and interruptions.
