Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job:
The Supply Chain Finance Specialist provides decision support and financial expertise to the Market teams to drive achievement of long-term competitive costs, quality, and service levels. The position is responsible for driving performance interventions, savings, stocks management, business cases related to sourcing and Capex investments, and other cost management activities under the Supply Chain umbrella.
Key stakeholders are AMET SCF Manager, Planning & Sourcing Manager(s), BU Finance Managers & Site Controllers.
Key Accountabilities:
Business Cases: Perform financial analysis for projects related to sourcing decisions and network re-design
Business Waste: Provide insights on business waste and support AMET SC Head and Finance teams to deliver efficiencies in this area by proactively highlighting risks
Stocks Management: Provide visibility on stocks to drive working capital improvements
Business Partnering: Provide valuable business & financials insights to the SC teams to drive decision making.
Capex management: Support the AMET engineering teams to track actuals and forecast
Consolidation of Material Inflation impacts and factory financials across AMET for performance reviews
Professional skills:
Bachelors degree in Finance/Accounting or Professional accounting qualification such as CIMA/CA/ACCA
Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Data Analytics.
Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
Fluency in English written and spoken
Preferred Skills:
Working knowledge of SAP and Hyperion
Experience in developing Power BI Dashboards
Working knowledge of P&L
Experience Required:
3-5 years of Finance experience
Prior Supply Chain Finance experience in FMCG
