In a nutshell
Your mission is to entice users who’ve received points or miles in our clients reward programs and encourage them to redeem these loyalty currencies effectively. You will play a crucial role in the commercial performance of our online rewards stores and will be responsible for account management of our clients. You will be directly responsible for the store’s aesthetics, optimizing banners, curating the product assortment, initiating raffles or activities, and overseeing all reward/ engagement related communications to members, including newsletters and emails.
What you will do
Oversee the design and manage visually appealing banners to guide users through their online journey.
Curate the assortment – select and adjust the product mix to ensure that offerings resonate with user preferences and current market trends and brief the marketplace and brand partnership team to secure such content.
Develop and manage engaging online raffles and activities that boost user interaction and brand loyalty.
Track performance – monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of store initiatives based on KPIs such as traffic, CR, and sales.
Utilize analytics tools to derive insights from user behaviors and sales data, further informing future strategies.
Oversee the look and feel of the store(s), ensuring a consistent and appealing visual theme.
Collaborate with product, marketplace and brand partnership teams to ensure unified branding and campaigns.
Stay abreast of e-commerce trends and competitors’ strategies, adapting to provide an optimized store experience.
Oversee all communications to members, ensuring timely and relevant updates. This includes managing newsletters, promotional emails, and other member-specific correspondences.
Manage various clients and continuously collaborate with them on marketing strategies for the reward shops to drive program performance.
Be responsible for budget and SOA
Review and approve invoices
What you will need
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with a history of data-driven decision making.
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
A keen eye for design, user experience, and aesthetics.
