Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting for a highly rewarding position as a DOOH Sales Manager (Events focus) with a global digital out-of-home (DOOH) company (strong presence across multiple countries) now growing fast in Dubai, UAE. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and innovative organization with expansion plans. As the DOOH Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in promoting event opportunities through event agencies in Dubai, while also coordinating events organizing tasks and managing social media marketing (SMM) for our clients past and potential events.
Promote event opportunities through event agencies: Utilize your profound and personal knowledge of event agencies in Dubai to establish strong relationships and collaborate closely with them. Your expertise and experience working with these agencies will be crucial in effectively offering and selling the event opportunities to brands/clients.
Coordinate event organizing tasks: Liaise with the team responsible for event implementation, video clip production companies, photographers, clients agency, and authorities. Ensure seamless coordination and execution of all elements related to event organization, both externally and internally.
Manage social media marketing (SMM): Utilize your SMM skills to showcase our past events and promote potential event opportunities on our social media channels. Take charge of uploading content and engaging with the online community, utilising online promotion techniques to maximize exposure and engagement.
Proven track record of working closely with event agencies in Dubai, showcasing personal knowledge and experience in collaborating with them.
Strong event organizing skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in social media platforms and SMM techniques, with experience in uploading and promoting event content.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling effective collaboration with event agencies, internal teams, and external partners.
Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment.
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving abilities, ensuring smooth event execution.
BSc/BA in PR, marketing, advertising, management, or related fields is preferred.
