Designation : Director Sales
Source, Manage and grow partnerships for RateGain with Large-Medium sized regional hotel chains in Middle East Region.
Facilitate consultative approach to large/ medium regional enterprise hospitality prospects and customers in the region, including relevant internal teams as and when required.
Define, refine and communicate large customer strategy as needed both with the customer and with internal teams
Strict adherence in updating SalesForce with leads, new accounts, opportunities, and all activity related to sales efforts.
Update sales related documentation as needed
Excellent in English, and Arabic (bi-lingual proficiency- spoken & written as added advantage)

You have an excellent understanding of hospitality / travel landscape coupled with the changing trends, buying behavior, prospective customers & best practices in it
You have experience working on Salesforce.com
You understand SAAS based products

You demonstrate precision and clarity of thoughts
You have a problem solving mindset
You have an excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills
You are adaptable and is comfortable with change management
You can think on the feet
You are well organized and are able to multi-task and prioritize
Education & Work Experience:
7-12 years of experience in sales
B2B SAAS Sales in MiddleEast region experience will be an added advantage
