A stunning 5 star branded hotel with 300+ rooms, 6 outlets, 6 meeting rooms and beach operation.
The team headcount is around 480 with 20 in Human resources responsible for L&D, Recruitment, Employee Dining and Living, Transport and Travel Management.
This is an exciting role heading up the people function with an opportunity to be influential and achieve notable results.
The current GM is an inspiring/ agile leader who really has innovative approach to encouraging the best from people.
We would like to meet a current DHR / ADHR with 5 years branded experience within the GCC.
You will have full generalist HR experience of 5 + years with exposure to employee dining and living. Commercially aware,driven and influential.
You will have been involved in creating and delivering HR strategy aligning this to Guest & Employee satisfaction.
You’ll have gained success with implementing recommendations from the ES feedback and been able to measure these results aligned to employee retention and Guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of applying an Agile form of leadership where people are viewed as the collaborators and contributors to growing the business would be desirable.
