Role Overview

As Direct Sales Advisor you will drive new business sales for Bupa Global’s Individual Private Medical Insurance plans in the UAE. You will take leads from the team of qualifiers and establish contact ensuring that all leads are followed up promptly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do
Build professional rapport to identify customer needs and generating opportunities to convert and close sales on the phone and/or at face to face meetings
Accurately maintain and update customer records on all relevant systems and trackers once the sale is closed. Ensure that records are accurately updated whenever a customer makes contact.
Work closely with the marketing team to drive return on investment on media campaigns.
Work closely with the pricing and underwriting team to support the customer purchase journey and quoting process.
Comply with all regulatory and governance requirements including, IA, DHA, FCA and Treating Customers Fairly
Contribute to the continuous improvement process by putting forward ideas for improvement and making a contribution to focus groups
What You’ll Bring
A proven track record in outbound telesales is essential with a minimum of 2 years experience, from the financial services sector or a brokerage background, relevant transferable skills and knowledge from other sectors.
Experience of selling high value consumer products and service to high net worth consumer segment
A track record of achieving and exceeding sales and quality targets
Excellent ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Outcome and delivery focused
Self-motivated with the ability to work on own or within a team and promote a positive attitude
Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Packages.
Excellent communication skills with fluent written and spoken English
