Our client is looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Director – FinTech located in KSA, Qatar, or the UAE. Applicants from Europe willing to relocate to the GCC region are welcome.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Director with a proven track record of driving digital transformation initiatives in the FinTech industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the company’s digital strategy, as well as implementing and scaling digital solutions across the organization. The Digital Transformation Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and the achievement of business objectives through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and lead the execution of the company’s digital transformation strategy, in alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

– Identify and prioritize areas for digital innovation, including new products, services, and technologies.

– Define and implement digital solutions across the organization, and ensure alignment with operational and customer needs.

– Drive the adoption of new digital technologies and platforms that enhance customer experiences and improve operational efficiency.

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, customers, and vendors.

– Stay informed of emerging trends and technologies in the industry and identify opportunities for the company to leverage new digital solutions.

– Set and monitor key performance indicators that measure the success of digital transformation initiatives.

– Manage and mentor cross-functional teams with responsibility for digital solutions, including UX/UI design, product management, and IT development.

– Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth integration and adoption of digital solutions.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

– At least 10 years of experience in digital transformation roles, preferably in the FinTech industry.

– Strong knowledge of digital technologies, platforms, and trends, including cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and blockchain.

– Proven track record of successfully implementing and scaling digital solutions in complex organizations.

– Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Experience with agile methodologies and project management techniques.

– Experience with regulatory compliance and data privacy requirements.
