tKey Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
tSupport and advise on the definition of Project Controls, Procedures and the Standards required to deliver projects.
tImplement effective projects planning techniques and controls, including projects baseline schedule development, performance status and reporting, baseline change control, and risk management.
tProducing formal weekly / monthly reporting arrangements on programs and projects progress for the Client and Project, providing details on progress, actuals, forecasts and explanations of variances and issues.
tDevelop, implement, and maintain planning, processes, procedure, systems, and tools and monitor compliance.
tArranging planning workshops/meetings to discuss and assist Client’s leads to close their planning/project control issues.
tEnsure that the Project Controls Processes are consistently applied across the Client’s project digital projects portfolio.
tAdditional Responsibilities:
tSupport in program integration, governance, formats, plan optimization, and project controls best practices.
tAssist in preparing the Integrated Master Schedule for specific programs that reflect all interface milestones and tasks durations from multiple projects within the Client’s portfolio.
tEnsure schedule performance for the agreed milestones across integrated programs managed across Client’s Business Divisions.
tSupport the development of requirements for specific resource-loaded schedules.
tAssist in developing the document control system and communication flow for the Client’s projects
tAssist in training client teams on processes, tools, and templates for project controls’ to the accountabilities section.
tCoordinates execution of effective Project Risk Management across the Client’s projects portfolio.

Qualifications:
Person Specifications and Qualifications:
tA technical IT background is preferable, but not essential
tMinimum 8 years of experience in a similar role
tMinimum 5 years of experience in the GCC
tFlexible for urgent business travels within GCC
tWriting and speaking in English language
tDesirable Certification on Project Management or Agile PRINCE2 or PMI
Core Competencies:
tExperience in new IT systems Management and implementation of new digital and non-digital process of big scale and able projects in broad range of large corporate scale projects portfolio, ideally on the Utilities or specifically on the Water Utility space
tExperienced user of the relevant Project Management tools and techniques.
tComputer literate & experienced in Microsoft Office applications.
tStrong ability for organizational and multi-tasking skills.
tExcellent client-facing and management skills.
tEffective written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Requirements:
tDesirable knowledge of business transformation program, business process design/improvement, business information system implementations, asset data/information management and governance, and Smart Utility Data and Technology Implementation.
tExperience working in PMO operating in a fully digital and agile way in large corporate scale project environments.
tExperience with Saudi major clients.
