Benefit Cosmetics is looking for a savvy, friendly, motivated, and energetic Digital Manager to join the Middle East, based in Dubai, UAE.
Reporting to the Communications & Digital Manager, the Digital Manager will be in charge of driving and implementing the Digital and Content Strategy in the Middle-East. This position requires an excellent knowledge of social media content creation and a strong understanding of paid media. The successful candidate should embrace Benefit Cosmetics attitude and spirit.
Digital & Content Strategy
Partner with HQ to define and drive the Digital & Content Strategy working closely with key cross functional departments such as eComm, Marketing, Services, PR, and other business owners.
Develop regional digital campaigns including coordination with production agency, conceptualization, shoot production, assets delivery.
Ensure social media organic and paid media content are in line with brand strategy and goal.
Work closely with Content Team to plan and develop the local content strategy for our social media channels (TikTok, YouTube and Instagram)
Align with Senior Digital Marketing Exec. and eComm team on media planning.
Work closely with eComm team to drive brand awareness and potentially website traffic.
Ensure that Digital Marketing objectives, goals & performance metrics are successfully met & provide recommendations based on findings in collaboration with the Global Digital team.
Keep track of Digital ranking in the region and share consolidated report on a monthly basis & provide recommendations based on findings.
Track and manage all department spending.
Ensure all expenses are processed by our accounting team and booked under the right project code and P&L line.
Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team (4 headcounts: including Executives and Senior Executives profiles).
Foster a collaborative and learning environment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that meets brand and global standards.
Communicate global KPIs effectively to the team, driving performance and alignment with global strategies.
Set KPIs for the team and assess them.
Competencies And Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the social media and digital industry
Fluent in English & Arabic
Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools and Platforms i.e. Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords, TikTok Spark Ads
Demonstrated creative and strategic mindset.
Proven track record for achieving results and driving projects.
Highly organized multi-tasker with a great ability to problem solve.
