Responsibilities:

Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to generate actionable insights
Create and deliver comprehensive reports and visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable solutions
Identify opportunities to improve data collection methods and enhance data quality
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis techniques and tools
Provide data-driven recommendations to drive business growth and optimize operational processes
Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and assist in special projects as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques and statistical concepts
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using programming languages such as Python or R
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
Proficient in SQL and working with relational databases
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modeling
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with a strong attention to detail
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling is a plus
