As a Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for:
Achieving Partner Engagement strategies for your designated portfolio every year:
Understanding our university partners objectives and ensuring our services are planned, integrated, well communicated and reported to ensure the greatest value to our partners and their staff and students, ensuring their program contributes to their strategic outcomes.
Help drive student engagement with the service, working with each partner to ensure high visibility and accessibility of the service to students.
Managing Relationships with your Institution Partners:
Create and nurture strong relationships with the various individual stakeholders as required, ensuring our service is well understood and communicated to staff and students.
Deliver impeccable service to Studiosity Partners ensuring programs are in line with stakeholders expectations and issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner for all.
Achieving strategic goals for your designated portfolio of partners:
Initiate and manage the renewal cycle of service agreements with your partners. This includes planning, drafting and presenting renewal proposals, negotiating agreements and managing the signoff and program implementation process.
Preparing and presenting successful responses to tender when required by existing partners.
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Experience & Qualifications
A minimum 3 years of account management or B2B sales with demonstrable evidence of outstanding professional achievement growing overall contract value through successful account management, account planning, and negotiation.
A university degree in a related field and some experience working in the education sector are desirable.
Exceptional client, account and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication skills, including highly developed presentation skills
High level written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
Highly developed negotiation & end-to-end contracting skills
Skilled to a high level of working proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM.
