Our client is the largest US-based supplier of aerospace and defense products with strong operations across the MENA region. They are seeking experienced Customer Account Specialists to join their Dubai MRO Centre on a 1-year extendable contract.

Role Overview:
As part of the Dubai MRO Centre, you will play a key role in supporting customers, managing accounts, and ensuring smooth contract execution. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role involves close interaction with management, operations, logistics, and finance teams to deliver seamless service to customers while maintaining the companys reputation for quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts by providing timely updates, quotations, proposals, and contract reviews.
- Support operations by coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery within contract terms.
- Respond promptly to RFPs, RFQs, and customer inquiries, ensuring compliance with agreed timelines.
- Organize and participate in customer meetings, work scope discussions, and shop visits.
- Provide approvals for work scope changes, exchanges, and replacements in line with agreements.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-ups.
- Monitor and report on customer-specific performance metrics, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle contract management tasks including tender preparation, analysis, execution, and margin assurance.
- Provide after-hours support for AOG (Aircraft on Ground) requirements as needed.
- Contribute to customer service improvement initiatives and support strategic goals related to quality, delivery, and cost management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Aerospace Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in customer account management, ideally in aerospace or MRO industry.
- Strong knowledge of MRP systems (SAP experience preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English (written & spoken).
- Solid technical understanding of commercial aerospace component repair processes.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure in time-sensitive situations.
- Customer-focused mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
