We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with proven experience and a passion for providing assistance and excellent customer experience through our diverse communication channels.
What Youll Do
Provide excellent customer service by being emphatic and professional in every interaction.
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each interaction.
Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies.
Coordinate with help desk staff to troubleshoot issues.
Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers problems and concerns.
Heres What We Are Looking For
1+ years of experience in customer service. (Desirable)
Ability to work autonomously and remotely.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in the telehealth industry (Desirable).
Advanced English & Chinese.
Must have good internet speed.
Must be flexible.
This is a 100% remote position
