How you will contribute:
As Cross Category Activation Executive you will be responsible for the executional aspects of WTRs POS Solutions (permanent and promotional) in the Duty Free stores of Middle East & Indian Subcontinent in order to strengthen and enhance Mondelezs brand presence at the point of sale, with strong focus on efficient and effective trade investments.
Ensuring best in class execution of all agreed plans and programs with our retail partners will be your priority, while you balance the needs of both internal and external stakeholders (vendors, agents, account managers, brand managers, BDM´s and customers). You will lead the design, execution and evaluation of high profile promotions and standard tasting activity, as well as the co-ordination of Gift With Purchase items. You will also be responsible for the permanent executions at the POS.
Main Responsibilities include:
Merchandising Projects In Store Excellence (Permanent Merchandising installations)
Management and implementation of merchandising projects in the regions assigned according to WTR strategy and global brand guidelines in close cooperation with Category Marketing (Brand Managers) and Customer Development Manager
Close contact with agencies and the responsible account managers to drive the projects efficiently according to customer focus and location focus.
Create planograms for merchandising recommendations for all new implementations and locations required by the customer
Promotional Set-ups activation of brand plans
Ensuring implementation and co-ordination of High Profile Promotions and standard tasting activity to drive in-store excellence
Responsibility for the project from planning to implementation including development of design specific to the area in close cooperation with brand managers and global brand guidelines
Close contact and coordination with third party suppliers (agencies) for installation and implementation, including PO/Budget relevance.
Briefing to customer and promoters on activities to ensure an optimal execution of the activities and mechanic of the promotion
Budget management
Management of the budget assigned in an efficient way and optimal control of it
Track spent and revise plans in a frequent basis

What you need to know about this position: lots of travelling and visiting clients/customers involved, not only office job.
Education / Certifications: Commercial Education, university degree or equivalent preferred
Job specific requirements: Excellent organizing and prioritizing skills
Business experience within international environment, preferably in Project Management or Trade Marketing
