What you’ll do
Youll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
You will work under the guidance of the Director of People & Culture and Assistant Director of People & Culture
You will be responsible for the administration of operational People and Culture activities in order to ensure the smooth functioning of the People and Culture Department.
You will ensure that all processes related to Human Resources are in full compliance with the local labor laws and regulations.
You will also contribute to the processes and activities that create and promote the Dorchester Collection culture and values bringing the Company Philosophy We Care to life to ensure our employees receive nothing but the best experience.
Our values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Working Together and Creativity guide us each and every day. As a People & Culture Coordinator youll have the opportunity to bring these to life and continue to create our legacy.
You will work and support as appropriate both the Talent Attraction Manager and Learning & Development Manager in their day to day operational.

You have a talent for building lasting relationships with internal and external customers and passion for working in hospitality.
You are skilled in talent sourcing and able to demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and analysis of the situation and trends to develop and apply appropriate strategies.
With excellent ability to multi-task and superb time-management skills, you will be great in planning, organizing and implementing various initiatives and events to ensure that our staff are fully engaged at all phases of their employment.
