As a CRM Project Manager, you are responsible for leading people, project, and program management across an entire CRM system lifecycle. From requirements gathering through implementation, you will work closely with both internal Avanade employees and client stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery. You will also be responsible for the identification and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, processes, and tools supporting enhancements in productivity, efficiency, issue resolution, and cost.
Key Role Responsibilities:
Day-to-day you will:
Manage collaboration with clients and project teams to develop PMO related tools such as project plans, implementation plans, transition plans, etc.
Establish and support knowledge management repositories
Support business development activities or thought leadership in support of Talent Community objectives and priorities
Monitor, reports, and responds to issues and risks associated with the project
Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks associated with the project
Lead development, implementation, and maintenance of detailed project work plan, including appropriate controls, governance structures, and monitoring to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes
Manage Avanade and subcontractor staff assigned to the project
Lead change management and change enablement processes throughout project duration
Assist in the sales process, including estimating work effort and expenses using Avanade’s standard tools.
Engage and partner with appropriate onshore, offshore, and nearshore workforces, including Service Licensing Agreements (SLAs)
Key Role Skill & Capability Requirements:
Your technical and non-technical skills include:
You are likely an experienced project manager with deep CRM roots, someone who can engage with clients and translate their needs into project blueprints, schedules and deliverables.
Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM a nd the life cycle of planning, implementing, and maintaining such solutions
Demonstrated experience with operation management, systems security, testing, databases, and mobility considerations
Extensive Experience leading large technology infrastructure projects
Experience consulting with external clients on complex projects, including in leadership roles
Experience working with global teams on CRM technology implementation and maintenance projects
Experience working with offshore teams to facilitate project work
Demonstrated excellence in communicating and presenting complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders, both verbally and in written form
Fluent Arabic is mandatory for this role
PMP Certification Desired
Preferred Education Background:
You are likely to possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university (Information Technology preferred).
Preferred Years of Work Experience:
You are likely to have 5 to 7+ years of relevant experience, including CRM and project management.

Complex problems that span work domains and require continual alignment to internal and external business issues to deliver expected results across groups.
Wide latitude in approach to work, including ability to reshape work plans, guided by professional best practices and domain expertise.
Work efforts have significant impact on near- and medium-term Avanade and/or client operations. If client-facing, should contribute to client-relationship and sales outcomes.
Works independently, with occasional validation of work efforts against strategic and operational objectives. Significant latitude in judgment & approach.
Mentors and manages work efforts of more junior colleagues and team members as required by various workstreams; may formally supervise work of project teams. If managing team(s) of more junior employees full-time, then refer to the People & Business Leadership leveling criteria. Often serves as Career Advisor.
Applies advanced knowledge of learned occupation / discipline and strong business operational acumen.
