Job Description & Summary
A career in Marketing & Communications, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the exciting opportunity to focus on positioning a distinctive PwC brand in the marketplace and drive long term revenue growth for the Firm. Youll support the writing and editing process for thought leadership, sector specific leadership agendas, client experiences and other marketing initiatives.

As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a community of solvers , to help identify and solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will demonstrate intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a manager in the following areas:
Strategic content creation
Concepting, writing and editing content that mirrors PwCs tone of voice and house writing style for digital and innovative formats (client stories, thought leadership, campaigns, ads, websites, newsletters, video scripts, etc);
Establishing a distinctive vision for each piece of content, and then providing editorial consultation and support to deliver on that vision;
Leading and producing guidelines that contribute to repeatable and scalable high quality content;
Driving new ways of thinking and sharing content by collaborating with marketing leaders to drive an integrated omni-channel experience across written and multimedia channels;
Working with creative teams to bring multimedia content strategies to life through development of creatives and visuals;
Understanding what makes multimedia content effective in marketing and sales channels such as search engine optimisation, review campaign performance metrics, innovate on creative content and data visualisation;
Working with the marketing and external communications teams to publish high-quality content that meets the firm’s independence, risk management, legal, and ethics standards;
Contributing to digital format innovation efforts and developing overarching content strategies that maximize the value of content by, e.g., adapting it to different channels;
Making effective use of data visualisation and making smart digital use of archival pieces;
Conducting or requesting additional research to fill gaps in authors thinking, and identifying linkages between research findings to help develop a distinctive point of view when necessary
Interviewing leaders and cultivating a network of other external thought leaders whose ideas can help extend PwCs narrative on critical topics, and developing content with them;
Stakeholder and project management
Managing agency and external third party supplier relationships effectively (e.g. content writer suppliers);
Collaborating effectively with internal and external content writers and editors to develop content in line with the broader global content agenda;
Building and managing relationships with senior leaders across the PwC network, acting as a partner in content development, and confidently conducting difficult conversations to jointly reach productive outcomes;
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and managing workload in order to serve a diverse stakeholder group across a complex and matrix organisation;
You will have
Strong editorial skills in non-traditional formats and channels
Effective communication and creative thinking skills
Solid understanding of todays business, industry, geopolitical, and management trends and issues
Demonstrates flexibility when priorities change
Ability to work independently and build collaborative working relationships across multiple teams and subject matter experts
Laser focus proof-reading skills with sharp eye and attention to detail
Consistently meets and exceeds deadlines in a fast paced environment

Job Requirements and Preferences :
Minimum Degree Required : Bachelors Degree
Degree Preferred : Bachelor Degree in English, Journalism or Media and Communications.
If your degree is not in English, Journalism or Media and Communications, a formal writing qualification either via a recognised industry body such as the National Council for the Training of Journalists (UK/online) – or to be able to demonstrate that you have acquired relevant University-accredited writing courses – would be beneficial.
Arabic speaking advantageous
