?Responsibilities: ??
The goal for this position is the strategic development and expansion of ONLY in the MENA (Middle East North Africa) region with the following responsibilities:
Managing sales by developing a business plan for the brand
Development and implementation of sales strategies
Budget planning and tracking sales goals
Preparation and sale of collections to international partners
Leading your ONLY teammate
Support of existing customers & acquisition of new customers
Promoting the brand and products
Understand our customers and how they relate to our products
Budget negotiations with business partners
Market and competitor analyses as well as the acquisition of new customers
Regular customer visits and marketing activities to exploit individual potentials
Exchange with division and product managers in Denmark to achieve defined goals
Participation in collection meetings in Denmark
Close cooperation with Country Commercial Manager & Central functions

Qualifications:
Entrepreneur & hands on mind set with independent, motivated, and reliable way of working
Leadership experience
Excellent verbal communication skills and dedication to great customer service
Ability to think and act strategic
Extraordinary sales talent?with several years of experience in the textile industry (B2B or Retail)
Good ability to analyze KPIs and willingness to make decisions
Customer-focused as well as business-minded manner
Digital affinity and sense for online sales trends
Interest for the Middle East?culture
Pro-activity and flexibility
Fluent in written and spoken English, other language as Arabic is a plus
