Job Objective

Responsible for managing entire operations, implementation of business strategy and continuously increasing profitability for Wakanow Dubai.

Job Responsibilities
Participate as a member of the senior management team in establishing governance, processes of direction and control to ensure that business objectives are achieved, risks are managed appropriately and the organization’s resources are used responsibly.Lead strategic planning in Wakanow Dubai to achieve business goals by identifying and prioritizing initiatives to aid business growth and smooth operating procedures.
Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning
Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Formulate and implement strategies for preventing and managing crises
Participate in the development of short-term and long-term plans, and budgets based upon broad organization goals and objectives.
Partner with senior management to accomplish short and long-term operational goals
Responsible for managing the entire operations of Wakanow Dubai. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of operating standards, industry trends, emerging solutions, and best practices
Manage marketing and sales strategies, increasing brand recognition and awareness.
Develop opportunities for expansion of business
Develop effective action plans and respond to emergencies in a timely and effective manner.
Share knowledge, mentor, and educate employees with regard to the company’s vision, opportunities, and challenges.
Develop, track, and control measures to keep track of business performance, staffing and operations
