Then come and join our global team as Contract Management Professional (f/m/d) to ensure continuous operation of our network of global distributors, and direct sales channel of diagnostic ultrasound devices.

This position can be filled in Erlangen, Germany; Dubai, United Arabic Emirates; London, United Kingdom or Kosice, Slovakia.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You draft external contractual agreements (e.g. distribution agreements, collaboration agreements, clinical research agreements)
You govern internal stakeholders through contractual processes (negotiation, etc.)
You maintain all kinds of contractual relationships (prolongation, cancellation, archiving, etc.)
You continuously communicate to our internal and external stakeholders towards our indirect and direct commercialization streams

Your qualifications and experience:

You have completed a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Legal, Business/Commercial law or similar
You have several years of work experience in a contractual or legal environment
You are familiar with the German (and European) law
Ideally, you have made first experiences within the Med.-Tech. Industry
You generally show a high IT affinity, you like to learn new IT tools and bring along very good MS Office skills (especially Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
You do not have a university degree? We also welcome applicants with vocational training combined with additional qualifications and many years of professional experience in this field

Your attributes and skills:

You enjoy working in across boarder global team
You have strong contractual / legal communication skills in English and preferably in German as well
You can easily motivate yourself
