IDC is seeking a Conference Assistant with experience in outbound/inbound Tele Sales to be based in Dubai, UAE.
Responsible for Attendee Acquisition – Acquiring quality & quantity of attendees for all assigned events, according to targets set for each event.
Database Management – Database building & Invitation of delegates
Supporting the Conference team and achieve success of IDC conferences.
Executing responsibilities such as invitation process (e-mailing, faxing and direct mail), telephone follow-up, confirming registrations, keeping registration lists and providing reports on the number and structure of registrants.
Answering customer calls in a professional / pleasant manner.
Coordinating with Events Team
Preparing various daily call report
Supervising and maintaining conference end-user and speakers database and regular update and qualification of records.
Travel to international events as required.
Assisting with all aspects of onsite operations with excellent communication skills.
Candidate with experience of outbound / Tele Sales (selling over the phone)
Excellent oral communication skills in the English & Arabic language
Basic computer knowledge. (Internet Research, MS. Office- Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette
Candidates should have a positive attitude & should be goal presentation and convincing skill.
